Service Usage Process
Step 1. Inquiry & Plan Confirmation
Inform us of your desired date/time, destinations, and number of people, and we will propose the most suitable plan for you.
Step 2. Content Confirmation
Confirm details such as fees, itinerary, vehicle type, etc., and we will formally accept your reservation.
Step 3. Reservation Confirmation & Day-of Arrangements
After reservation confirmation, we will contact you with final details such as meeting location and departure time.
Step 4. Boarding & Departure
On the day, the driver will pick you up at the designated location. Enjoy a safe and comfortable journey.
About Reservations
Reservations are accepted online or through inquiry forms.
Please inform us in advance of your desired departure date/time, destinations, number of people, special requests, etc.
During peak seasons, it may be difficult to secure desired vehicles, so early reservations are recommended.

Credit cards accepted (Visa / Master / JCB / Amex)
If you prefer bank transfer, please contact the responsible staff.
Payment details will be provided after reservation confirmation.
Cancellation/Change Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please be sure to contact our staff in advance.
Cancellation fees vary depending on reservation details and timing.
In case of no-show cancellation, full payment may be required.
Notes for Chartered Bus Use
The driving route and stay time are based on the predetermined itinerary.
If additional itinerary or extension is desired, we can accommodate within possible range on the day (additional charges apply).
Smoking is completely prohibited inside the vehicle.
If there are many large luggage items, please be sure to inform us in advance.
Please consult in advance if special considerations are needed (stroller, wheelchair, elderly care, etc.).
