【Tokyo Domestic Welcome and Farewell】
Hotel pickup and drop-off in 12 districts of Tokyo or at a designated meeting point. The exact departure time will be announced by staff on the day depending on the situation.

Hotel shuttle service is available in Shinjuku, Chiyoda, Chuo, and Taito districts. For other areas, confirmation of shuttle availability is required, so please provide the hotel name and address during booking.
2. If hotel transfer is included, we will email you the vehicle and driver information the day before departure. Please confirm the details and reply, and wait before the scheduled time on the day.
3. If you are staying at a hotel not covered by the shuttle service, please select a designated meeting point. The meeting time will be communicated to you via email before departure. Please arrive early. The driver may contact you by phone.

4. Pickup and Drop-off • Meeting Place In all cases, please gather at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. If you arrive late, it will be considered as no-show.

Kadokawa Musashino Museum (Approx. 45 minutes. Free activity)
Kadokawa Musashino Museum is located in Soriwa City, Saitama Prefecture, and is a cultural complex museum designed by Japan's leading architect Kengo Kuma. Its massive granite exterior exudes the imposing presence of "rock rising from the earth," making it a highly anticipated innovative space that blends literature, anime, art, and architecture. The "Kadokawa 1,000-Book Library" offers an immersive literary reading experience. The popular photo spot, "Bookshelf Theater," stands approximately 8 meters tall, featuring over 30,000 bookshelves and stunning projection displays, making it a symbol of the museum. The "EJ Anime Museum," dedicated to manga and light novels, hosts irregular exhibitions linked to popular works. Additionally, the special exhibition room features diverse themed exhibitions on art, photography, and ACG culture.
The admission ticket does not include the 3rd-floor exhibition room and the 1st-floor special exhibition. Additional fees are required for these. If a Tuesday falls on a holiday, the itinerary will be partially adjusted, and unused admission ticket fees will be refunded.

Kawaguchiko Music and Forest Museum is an art resort facility standing by Mount Fuji and the shores of Lake Kawaguchi, themed around classical music, European gardens, and fairy-tale architecture.
You can enjoy picturesque landscapes reminiscent of Salzburg, Austria, including romantic streetscapes, fountain squares, rose gardens, and lakeside corridors.
The museum houses globally precious self-playing musical instruments, such as a 19th-century self-playing organ and mechanical orchestra devices, and hosts daily performance shows. It is a particularly popular spot for couples, families, and art enthusiasts.

Hakone Glass Forest Museum
The museum will be closed between Tuesday and January 13-23, 2026, and ticket fees will be refunded.
The Hakone Glass Forest Museum is an art museum surrounded by nature in Hakone's strongara, inspired by glass craftsmanship from northern Italy's Venice. Against the backdrop of Venetian-style buildings and European-style gardens, visitors can admire colorful glass artworks spanning from the literary revival period to contemporary pieces. The garden features fountains and a glass workshop, offering hands-on experiences in creating glass accessories. It is a popular spot where visitors can fully enjoy viewing, experiencing, and photographing.

The Sculpture Forest Museum
Hakone Sculpture Forest Art Museum, opened in 1969, is Japan's first outdoor sculpture museum dedicated exclusively to sculpture. Spanning a vast area of approximately 70,000 square meters, it showcases modern and contemporary sculptures from Japan and around the world, blending nature, forest, and art into a unique strolling museum experience.
The museum features not only sculpture exhibitions but also experiential art, a children's play area, and foot baths, creating a space where visitors can fully immerse themselves in the harmony of art and nature.

1. Reservation and Participation

• Date changes are not allowed after reservation is confirmed. Any losses due to changes shall be borne by the customer.

• Provide accurate name and contact information, and make payment within the specified period.

• Keep valuables with you; we are not responsible for loss or damage.

• Late arrival after departure, no-show without notice, or leaving the group midway will be considered voluntary forfeiture, with no refund.


2. Participation Conditions

• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Those aged 70 or above should assess their health condition and are recommended to be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 20 or above.

• Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or other chronic illnesses should refrain from high-risk activities (e.g., skiing, water activities).

• The tour is conducted in Chinese and Japanese. For other languages, please inquire in advance.

• If there are changes in health condition after application, please notify us promptly.


3. Itinerary and Safety

• This is a shared group tour. Follow the guide/driver’s instructions and be punctual. No refund for parts of the itinerary missed due to lateness.

• Visit order may change due to weather, traffic, events, etc., but no attractions will be omitted.

• Outdoor activities carry certain risks. Participate according to your physical condition and follow on-site safety instructions.

• Safety and conduct during free time are the responsibility of the participant.

• Respect local laws, customs, and culture, and observe public etiquette.


6. Insurance and Liability

• We recommend purchasing travel accident insurance individually.

• We can recommend partner insurance companies if desired.

• We are only liable for damages caused by our own negligence; damages due to natural disasters or other force majeure are not covered.
